Refunds

All refund requests will have to be made in writing to EHWLC and subject to approval from EHWLC and the respective Exam board. Requests made before the late fee effective date will be charged at £80.00 administration fee. Requests made after the late fee effective date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Medical Grounds

If you can provide medical evidence that you were unable to attend the test, your test can be transferred to a later date subject to a £80 admin fee. This must be provided no later than 5 working days after the test date).
