On signing up to our PSS after-school club you are committed to the length of the program (See end date). PSS will not offer refunds for any missed sessions or if you decide that you are no longer going to be attending club. All payments for PSS clubs are made prior to the start date of club and if you decided after paying but prior to the start of club that you won’t be attending a refund will not be given due to that place being unlikely filled on short notice. Please check that you are able to commit to the date and time of sessions before booking and paying. If we have to cancel a PSS club due to sickness or weather then we will make sure that the cancelled club will take place at a future date if this is not possible then a refund for that session will be given. We will endeavour to run our clubs as descried/expected but where adverse weather means we have to change the format of clubs for example a classroom based session due to poor outside conditions then this will count as one of the sessions and an extra session will not be provided. PSS holds similar behaviour expectations to the schools that we work with, disrespectful or dangerous behaviour may result in an individual not being able to attend club. Although children's safety is our top priority injuries through sport can be sustained at any time just like adults or professional sports people. PSS are not liable for sports related injuries (such as but not limited to bumped heads, grazed knees or elbows or even breaks and sprains) As anyone that has taken part in sport can appreciate these accidents do happen and are an inherent risk with playing sports, although at PSS we can mitigate some risk there will always be risks attached with playing sport. If you do not agree with our reasonable PSS point of view on injuries then we ask you not to sign up to club. If you do sign up then you have agreed with our statement.
