Restore – Tina Abbey

Tina has studied yoga for thirty years and qualified in India as a Sivananda
Yoga teacher in 1999. Tina’s style stays close to the classical teachings and is
taken at a slow and meditative pace. Through the practice of Yoga the student
is able to restore balance and harmony to the body and mind. The word Yoga
comes from the Sanskrit word ‘Yok’ meaning to bring together. The class is suitable
for all. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have it.

Revitalise – Dr Caroline Longmore

Caroline started her career as a paediatrician in Paris. After working for Medecin
Sans Frontieres, she worked in hospitals and private practice. Her passionate
interest in Complementary Medicine and Naturopathy led to extensive studies in
Nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, including time spent in
China. Caroline specializes in nutrition, food intolerance, fertility, mental health,
weight management, anti aging and cancer treatments, utilizing Acupuncture,
Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine.

Reconnect – Peggy O’Hare

Peggy O’Hare Meditation Instructor Certified by Deepak Chopra has extensive
experience in teaching meditation. Her spiritual journey has brought her to
recognize the incredible value of mindfulness in all that we do and think. With
effortless ease which will enhance the quality of life, participants will learn
how to practice Mindfulness Meditation and reconnect with the Sacred Pauses
within and without.
