‘Innovations in Research and Practice in Cerebral Visual Impairment’
Mary Kitzinger Trust workshops are for professionals who work with children and young people with vision impairment (including psychologists, specialist teachers, researchers, health professionals, habilitation specialists and those working in the charity sector).
This workshop has been designed to focus on research and practice aspects related to cerebral visual impairment (CVI). We have invited experts in the field to present a diverse range of topics, including classification, prevalence, assessment, classroom strategies and understanding the complexities around CVI (see below for the provisional list of speakers). There will be dedicated time for open discussion and delegates will have the opportunity to network with others throughout the day.
The cost for attending the workshop is £25 (students/retired £15) this includes refreshments and a sandwich lunch.
