UK NARIC Brexit Training Event for Businesses

UK NARIC is offering support to UK-based businesses employing regulated and/or licensed professionals in the run-up to Brexit as part of the Business Readiness initiative of the UK Government’s Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

The experts from UK NARIC will provide guidance and information on complying with future requirements for:

  • Posting employees to the EU, EEA-EFTA States and Switzerland to provide services in regulated professions in those States; and

  • Employees providing services in the UK as a professional qualified in the EU, EEA-EFTA States or Switzerland.

The training event will cover guidance for businesses on:

  • Posting UK-qualified professionals to the European Union

  • Employing EU-qualified professionals to work in the UK

  • Posting UK-qualified professionals to work in the EEA-EFTA States, Switzerland and the Republic of Ireland

  • Employing EEA-EFTA State-, Swiss- and Irish-qualified professionals to work in the UK
