'Join Mitch's Kitchen at the prestigious Hambledon Vineyard for a wine-tour, tasting and a 3 course plant-based banquet.
You will get to explore this beautiful vineyard, nestled on the edge of the South Downs, and be guided through their unique, fully gravity-fed, state of the art winery. Their friendly experienced staff will explain the processes involved in making English sparkling wine, as well as what makes Hambledon Vineyard unique.
This will be followed by a sit down 3-course meal developed by Mitch Lee, a local vegan chef and co-owner of Mitch's Kitchen based just up the road from the Vineyard Itself!

A delicious, creamy, Mushroom Stroganoff - A perfect winter warmer packed with flavour and served with wholegrain rice (and maybe even a glass of delicious wine!).
Dessert:
Baked Chocolate Torte with a berry and sparkling wine coulis.
