ICG® is the world's leading manufacturer of the highest quality indoor bikes, with innovative new technology. Our training programmes have been developed to support group fitness instructors and personal trainers to do the job they love.
Lead by ICG Master Trainer, Doyle Armstrong, this day will accredit you to teach using forward motion video by ICG. Working through the principles of teaching with video, and how to bring the road and trail to your classes, you will learn how to combine video interaction with great coaching skills, in order to improve exerciser performance and maximise their enjoyment.
We will also introduce ICG® Connect, a digital platform created to deliver data-visualisation and gaming to unite riders by tracking group performance, providing team competition and rewarding group leaders whilst celebrating individual achievement - the immersive qualities of this interconnected experience drive greater training engagement.
The 8 hour live training day will be a blend of theory and practical sessions, meaning that you will be riding the bikes for approximately 2-3 hours. Padded shorts, gel saddles and appropriate changes of clothing are recommended, and will improve your experience.
PRE-REQUISITES: Individuals must hold a valid indoor cycling certification. Upon registration, you will be assigned an online learning account, this pre-learning must be completed before attending the live training day on the 14th July. This course is accredited with a total of 16 CPD points
