Lead by ICG Master Trainer, Doyle Armstrong, this day will teach you to understand the foundations of power training and coaching with colour, and allow you to develop the skills required to coach using power with colour.
The 8 hour live training day will be a blend of theory and practical sessions, meaning that you will be riding the bikes for approximately 2-3 hours. Padded shorts, gel saddles and appropriate changes of clothing are recommended, and will improve your experience.
PRE-REQUISITES: Individuals must hold a valid indoor cycling certification. Upon registration, you will be assigned an online learning account, this pre-learning must be completed before attending the live training day on the 22nd February.
