ICG® CLASSIC ride, driven forward by music and movement. The riding positions mainly take their inspiration from riding riding with a mixture of track drills and some off-road riding positions.
11:00 - 11:45 - TIDAL WAVE - ANOUSHKA MOORE
COACH BY COLOR® ride, using the rider's power output on the bike to accurately manage the intensity of every ride for each rider.
11:45 - 12:30 - LUNCH*
12:30 - 13:15 - RAAM - LIAM CUNNIFFE
MYRIDE® class, using forward-motion video to drive the class, engaging the rider by matching riding position, cadence and intensity to the video scene itself.
13:30 - 14:15 - HURTLOCKER - ANOUSHKA MOORE
ICG® CONNECT uses connected technology from our bike consoles, to increase teamwork and competition, allowing riders to ride hard for individual success to top the leaderboard, or riding in teams against each other in battle.
14:15 - 15:30 - COFFEE AND CLOSE
*For energy, riders will receive light refreshments, such as fruit, cake and coffee, however lunch is not provided, so please bring your own.
