Come join our Disability Boxing sessions aimed for all abilities on Saturday afternoons at Roehampton Methodist Church.

Sessions will be non contact, focusing on, light pad work, technique, moves and fitness activities. All abilities are welcome and sessions can be adapted to suit the needs of the individuals.
