North America series: Spotlight on the USA

Overview

This first of two webinars on education in North America covers the USA. This session focuses on secondary education and the many qualifications used to access higher education. We reflect on recent changes and developments within the USA (including the discontinuation of the SAT subject tests) and consider what this means for admissions in the UK (and beyond). The webinar looks at the concept of ‘grade-12 level’ subjects. It considers how school accreditation can be verified. A session that provides insight and a range of useful strategies for handling US student admissions.
