Part of the Admissions Series of webinars - Click here to book all three and you will get £40 off
Overview
This is the final session of three in the admission series which will enable delegates to understand how the Home Office monitors the compliance of UK universities and colleges in the recruitment and admissions of international students.
Experts in international education, credential evaluation, immigration compliance and English language testing will share their thoughts and expertise to ensure that delegates understand the important elements of best practice in international student admissions and how these can be applied.
We will also highlight how English language tests map to the language proficiency requirements.
Delegates will also receive best practice tips in how to meet the Home Office’s Student Route compliance requirements. In addition, ways of ensuring the international students are willing, able, ready and suitable for entry into higher education will also be a focus. The session will also highlight best practice in recording evidence on student records.
The webinar will predominately focus on the UK environment, but the issues and points raised can be considered best practice internationally and will therefore be of use to staff and institutions outside the UK.
We anticipate this webinar will be presented in association with a specialist immigration firm and English language test provider.
This event is ideal training and development for new Admissions Officers or those in the first 18 months of the job.
Those in the following roles may in particular benefit from this session:
Admissions / International Administrators
Admissions / International Assistants
Admissions / International Officers
