Simon Stevens, NHS England CEO, welcomed DevoManc as ‘the greatest act of devolution in the history of the NHS’. With six billion pounds health and social care funding devolved to Greater Manchester by April 2016 and as further regional devolutions emerge post-election, this seminar explores the critical role for research and innovation in these policy initiatives. It will address:
