Chocolate Yule log with a twist - Christmas Workshop

Make your own Chocolate Espresso Buche De Noel  - A Christmas Classic the Yule log, why not make yours with a bit of a twist? Sophie our host will take you through making your very own Chocolate Espresso Buche De Noel  a modern twist on a Christmas Classic. 

 This is one of our favorites here at the vineyard as many of our winemaking team are French, Buche de Noel, also known as a Yule Log, is a  traditional Christmas cake in France.  This class is prefect to home your skills before the big day. Buche de Noel is a roulade, or rolled cake, filled and iced with buttercream and decorated with meringue mushrooms, fresh flowers, or fondant holly and resembles an actual Yule Log.  

With Christmas a little strange this year, we have put on a number of Christmas workshops to spread some Christmas cheer. Limited to just 12 people in your class, Sophie will have all the time in the world to show you unique tips and ideas. Have a mince pie and glass of Classic Cuvee to help you get into the festive spirit.

New Government guidelines Introduced from September 2020 we ask that all visitors to site wear a mask on entering the site on both tours and events. Masks will be allowed to be taken off once seated at a tasting table. Our staff will be masked on tours and during pouring.

Group tours will be a maximum of 10 people and, larger groups will be split down further.

Please Note – We are unable to offer refunds for any pre-booked tours or experiences. However, we are happy to transfer or extend bookings to a future date, if we have reasonable notice. If you experience COVID symptoms, we ask that you do not attend the event, we will do our best to accommodate the booking with a small admin fee. If we needed to lockdown or the vineyard went into isolation we would postpone the event to a later date.
