This is one of our favorites here at the vineyard as many of our winemaking team are French, Buche de Noel, also known as a Yule Log, is a traditional Christmas cake in France. This class is prefect to home your skills before the big day. Buche de Noel is a roulade, or rolled cake, filled and iced with buttercream and decorated with meringue mushrooms, fresh flowers, or fondant holly and resembles an actual Yule Log.
With Christmas a little strange this year, we have put on a number of Christmas workshops to spread some Christmas cheer.
