Mascots - The Talk Club Cup Bristol Rovers

Thank you for booking your child to be a Mascot at the very first, Talk Club Cup! 

Event Details:

  • Date: Tuesday, 29th April
  • Arrival: 5:30pm with training session starting at 5:45pm
  • What’s Included:

    • Pre-match training session on the pitch
    • A chance to run out onto the pitch with the team
    • Experience the thrill of walking out alongside a Rovers legend
    • Be part of a fantastic event with legends and famous faces from both sides of the city

Terms and Conditions:

  • Children must be 12 and under
  • Mascot package includes 1 child entry, the child doing the Mascot experience will be given a wrist band and this will act as their ticket. Parents/Careers must purchase tickets – these will need to be checked before you are allowed pitch side or through to the stand.
  • 1 parents/career per child will be allowed pitch side as the child comes out of the tunnel
  • Parent/career will be emailed with details and timings for the evening no later than 22nd April
  • Unfortunately we can't guarantee which player the child will run out with or take requests.

The Trust cannot be held liable for any incident that falls outside of our duty of care. As with all activity there is some risk of injury but participants take part at their own risk. Parents / guardians who are attending this event will have ultimate responsibility for the children's welfare.

The Trust does not take any responsibility for any items or valuables that are lost, damaged or stolen at our events. Participants bring such valuables at their own risk and have responsibility for their own belongings.

At all Bristol Rovers Community Trust events photograph and video images may well be taken by officially appointed personnel. These may then be used on the Trust or Clubs media outlets. If any participants do not consent for this to occur then they will need to contact the Trust prior to the event.

If a match is postponed / rearranged the Trust will contact you and attempt to arrange an alternative date. If this is not possible the Trust will refund any payments made.

Any payment is classed as a donation to Bristol Rovers Community Trust which allows the charity to claim Gift Aid on the donation. If you do not wish for this to occur please contact the Trust.
