The camps are for those who are on benefit related free school meals. Please note that completing the form doesn't confirm a place as we need to check the young person is eligible free school meals. This is due to the stipulations around the funding we receive from the council to deliver the holiday camps. You will receive confirmation if you are booked on.
This is the booking form for the Robins Foundation May half term holiday camps in Knowle.
These sessions are designed to provide sporting activities that will keep everyone engaged and involved. Activities will include a variety of sports sessions to use up some holiday energy. The children will be encouraged to socialise and work together.
Please bring a reusable water bottle.
Hot food will be provided at lunch but please bring a packed lunch if your child would prefer.
We only have limited spaces available and it will work on a first come first served basis. This form should take 5-10 minutes to fill out and all the information is essential to us providing the best possible care for your child.

Behaviour and Expectations:
We will run through our expectations with all participants on a daily basis before the sessions start. if we feel that your child is unable to continue attending the camps, we will communicate with the contact given to come and collect their child.
