This fun & games Athletics Club has been developed by Olympic legend Daley Thompson CBE and former record breaking GB athlete & TV Gladiator 'Zodiac' - Kate Staples.  It is run by their hand picked qualified coaches and is designed to teach key athletic events and skills as well as motor skills needed in all sports. And all delivered in a fun, motivating and totally inclusive  environment. 

For 2024 one of our leading coaches Aidan Syers, a former GB sprinter, 3 x Junior National Champion and UK Athletics Coach has  developed the club to add more speed games, obstacles and fitness development.

The Club will develop the following:

  • · Running Efficiently Drills and Technique 
  • · Sprints
  • · Speed Endurance
  • · Jumping activities (Long Jump)
  • · Throwing skills (Javelin, Shot put, Discus)
  • · Early principles of learning to jump, throw & run 
  • · Games & Fun all the way!

Club Dates: Sept 13, 20, 27. Oct 4, 11, 18, 25. Nov 8, 15, 22, 29. Dec 6, 13
