This camp is primarily suited for children aged 14-18 who have been playing volleyball for approximately two years, and have committed to playing in local and regional teams. The Emerging Elite focuses on higher levels of improving technical models, as well as delving into the tactical aspects of volleyball.
We understand that age and gender in volleyball comes with varying challenges such as different net heights and changing priorities in skills. Because of this, two courts have been booked for the Emerging Elite Camp to allow athletes to be grouped in a way that provides them the most benefit for development. Volleyball Development Camps always aims to provide a coach-to-player ratio of approximately 1:6, particularly in camps that focus on the more complex aspects of the sport.
