All players entering this competition must hold a current BJA or BJA affiliated membership or the equivalent membership of their country.
The event will be point scoring.
Spectator fees - Adults - 1 day - £6.00
Adults - 2 days £8.00 (with previous days event, 25 June 2022 - Kent International for Under 16 years players)
Weigh-in - All competitors must bring their valid membership to the weigh in with their record book for proof of grade (We will not be able to check licence validity with the BJA on the day)
All Junior Players, aged 14 years to 19 years - 9.00am - 9.30am
All Senior Players, Minimum age 14 years - 10.00am - 10.45am
All Masters Players, 30 years & over - 10.00am - 10.45am . (Masters Women will be matched on the day but please indicate weight category as requested on entry details).
BJA contest rules will be operative throughout the event; all other regulations regarding the event will be in accordance with the BJA Tournament Handbook.
'Golden Score' will operate throughout the event. Any rules incorporated after the issue of this entry form will also apply
Method of contest - Compound knockout for groups of 8 players or more . Groups of seven or less players a pools system may be used.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entries and to combine any weight group should it be necessary. In the event of a dispute the Tournament Directors decision is FINAL. NO LICENCE, NO ENTRY, NO EXCEPTIONS
Coaching - To ensure the arena floor is kept as clear as possible only coaches with a valid Coaching Card will be allowed entry to the mat side area. To avoid any problems regarding access to the arena floor please ensure you bring your card with you to the event.
Please ensure that all details requested below are provided, including Grade, Weight and Category that you are entering.
Entry fees are not refundable under any circumstances, unless the competition is cancelled.
