An opportunity will be provided in the late afternoon, for those who wish to take BJA Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 Kata Examinations in the kata taught on that specific day.  Only holders of Level 1 may be examined for Level 2, and only holders of Level 2 may be examined for Level 3.  Only Tori will qualify for a certificate.

This weekend course also covers the requirements of Sections 7, 8 and 9 of the BJA Technical Dan Grade syllabus.  Those participants who wish can be continuously assessed for Section 7 on the Saturday, and for Section 8 on the Sunday.  An Attendance Certificate from Sunday’s Itsutsu-no-kata course satisfies the requirements for Section 9.

Those judoka not wishing to take any examinations/assessments are still very welcome to attend the course.

Please wear a White Judogi only – strictly no other colour or reversible judogi to be worn
Participants holding a grade of 6th Dan or above are requested to wear a black belt

SPECIAL NOTE
