Walking Football: 15th Feb - 26th April

Do you have a passion for football but cannot play regularly because of old age or long-term injury? Designed for the over 50s, or those who are suffering or rehabilitating from injuries, Walking Football places an emphasis on your first touch and passing as no running is allowed. It is a fantastic form of exercise without over-exerting the body and a great way of meeting new people!

Sessions will be held every Wednesday from 10-11am for a 10-week block at Shephalbury Sports Academy.
