Alan Scott, former British Champion and founder of A.S. Judo Academy, has built a club using British champion judo instructors to teach children in schools. The club began from a single class at Gateway School of 40 pupils 10 years ago to over a 1,000 students a week in more than 50 schools.

As a result of such successful growth, however, Alan found he was spending more and more time dealing with administration, taking bookings over the phone and chasing payments when what he really wanted to be do was bringing more schools on board, teaching more classes and putting on more activities.
