Q:How much does it cost?
A:See our pricing page for information.

If you would like participant.co.uk customised to your look and feel, there is a modest one off payment for customising the software to your graphical guidelines and a small transaction fee for technical support & maintenance. An hourly rate is charged if integration to other systems is needed.

Q:Why don't I just build my own registration system?
A:You still can; this option, however, is quick and economical and allows you to benefit from our continued development of the system.
Q:Who else uses this software?
A:DnB NOR (one of Scandinavia's largest banks), Det Norske Veritas (the world's largest ISO certification company), The Salvation Army (Norway), The Norwegian Cancer Association and the FA to mention a few.
Q:Do I have to spend a lot of time maintaining the system?
A:No, we do that for you. Participant is operated as a software service and does not entail any extra work for you or your IT department
Q:Will I be able to use the software?
A:The organiser user interface is easy to use and includes html editors for publishing of event details. We offer both online and phone support, as well as training.
Q:What technology do I need?
A:All you need is a PC and internet connection!
Q:Do I get any training in how to register events?
A:Yes, appropriate training can be arranged for you and others within your organisation. Contact us to book a time.
