Managers will select teams throughout the season and this is done at their discretion.
Membership Fees
Meadow Sports membership includes training from a FA trained coach, use of the club house, the pitches & our club kit. Weekly subs (fees) will be paid in addition.
ALL AGE GROUPS £4.00 per game.
Membership is payable by all players and must be paid either in full by 31st July 2018, or in two instalments: 1st instalment payable by 31st July 2018 of £40 with a post-dated cheque for £40 to cover the second instalment due 30th January 2019. Membership fees apply to U7 age groups & above.
£80 for the first child in any family, £65 for the second & £55 for all subsequent children.

Meadow Sports will treat all membership fees and donations as Gift Aid donations. Please advise if you do not wish us to do this.
The Small Print - things you should know.
i. Terms and conditions may be agreed at the discretion of the committee from time to time. Meadow Sports FC Constitution is available from the Club Secretary on application.
ii. All players must be registered members of Meadow Sports FC.
iii. Managers shall be handed players's league ID cards on receipt of full payment.
iv. Under no circumstances can the club be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage suffered or incurred by the players and their families whilst on their way to and from training and matches, whilst on club or away premises or whilst playing, save that the club cannot exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The club takes the view that it is the responsibility of the players and their parents to avoid any situation likely to give rise to loss or injury to their person and effects. By signing this form you agree to a First Aider giving initial treatment to your child should they require it.
v. DATA PROTECTION: We have an obligation under the Data Protection Act to ensure that all information held and processed about you complies with the principles of the Act. This information will not be disclosed to any third party except the Football Association and League as required by FA Rules, and for our own marketing purposes, via Participant and Mail Chimp. Meadow Sports FC will use the information you provide to be in touch with you and to provide updates about the club via email.
