Make your own sparkling Wine for your chirstmas table, to your personal taste.

A perfect gift for a wine lover or just want to increase your knowledge on sparkling wine? Guided by BBC2 and IWC personaility of the year Joe Wadsack and of course our MD Ian Kellett , enjoy a tutored tasting of Champagne and English Sparkling Wine. The evening will include a dosage tasting where you will look at different levels of dosage and the effect this has on the wine. Participants will have a chance to disgorge a bottle of English Sparkling Wine and put in their own preferred level of dosage followed by finishing the bottle with a cork and wire, foil and labels. In other words, you will get a chance to go some way to making your own bottle of fizz, for you to keep.

Includes sparkling wine tasting, canapes, winery tour, bowl food, evening of education and entertainment and your own custom made (by you) bottle of fizz to take away.
